Do I have to be present for online classes while my child is in class?Yes. Music class is instructed and lead through Zoom online. Atlanta Music Box recommends you stay in the same room or as close to your child to keep them focused and on task during classes.

Are additional instruments or resources required for class?No. No additional instruments are required to be able to participate in music classes. When applicable, resources will be made available for additional activities or teaching aides are suggested for classes.

Can I get a refund for my child's monthly music class tuition online or in-school if I can cancel after the 1st of the month?- Monthly Membership ie Tuition No. Refunds are not available if monthly tuition is cancelled after the first of the month. No further charges will be withdrawn beginning the following month.

How long does shipping take from the online store?All Music Merch is dropshipped and shipping fees are calculated upon purchase. Shipping times are determined upon order.

What is your Return Policy for physical items purchased from the online store?Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on physical items. This does not apply to teaching services. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items: Downloadable software products To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
